Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Admin Clerk (PART TIME) to join their client's team in Escondido. The Admin Clerk will play a crucial role in supporting administrative finance tasks and ensuring efficient operations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Match invoices and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors to resolve inquiries and discrepancies.
  • Support administrative finance tasks without requiring formal accounting experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and process improvements.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity in all administrative tasks.
  • Assist with special projects and assignments as directed by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Strong data accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required Work Hours

The Admin Clerk position requires working Monday through Friday, 20- 25 hours a week, part time.
